Participation
We accept Video Producers producing content on a wide array of topics. We have an open sign-up process where we only collect minimal contact data until more is needed when you actually accrue earnings. In general, we invite Video Producers which we have already reviewed and feel we have appropriate matching sponsors based on the content or view volume. We also take inquiries via our Contact Form. An official application process and Referral Program are coming very soon which will streamline and open up the process.
Worldwide participation is allowed as long as the video is in English and you can accept and cash a check drawn on USD funds. Also, please see next rule…
Please be sure our service does not violate any laws, rules, ordinances, etc wherever you are located… if it does, please do not participate! We cannot possibly keep up on all the rules world wide… it is your responsibility and any liability for violations rest with you.
Participation in our services indicates your agreement to receive email from us regarding our business relationship which includes being subscribed to our email update list where we send important emails such as: scheduled maintenance, sponsor updates, terms updates, promotions, etc. We do not send spam and we never provide your email to anyone else (other than our reputable Email Service Provider) … it always stays with YourVideoCash.com and our video monetization network.
Participation in our services indicates your full agreement to and understanding of our Terms of Service.
Video Content
You agree to only use Original Content to which you hold a copyright and/or content that is used well within the US Fair Use copyright standard.
When using Stock Images, be sure you are using images that really are royalty free, model released, and approved for at least limited commercial use.
When using Music or Audio from other sources, be sure it really is Copyright/Royalty Free or falls under Fair Use and approved for at least limited commercial use.
Please NO cussing, cruelty, ludeness, obscenity, nudity, sexual content, etc, etc, etc. Try to keep it G or PG rated at most. (Some sponsor categories may fall within a PG-13ish range for violence / fantasy violence such MMA or Gaming, but please still avoid videos with the aforementioned elements.)
Payments and Earnings
Earnings will be based on a revenue share of actual generated revenue received by us from various sponsor networks and agreements. Our system uniquely tracks each click so we can tie each sale from multiple sources back to a referring Video Producer. The revenue share is a split of whatever revenue we receive with the majority percentage paid out to the Video Producer calculated on a monthly basis as detailed below. Higher traffic and conversions result in Video Producers automatically being rewarded with a higher payout percentage. Well established Video Producers / Channels may be eligible for a higher starting percentage at our discretion.
Monthly Revenue Payout Percentage $1 to $4,999 70% $5,000 to $9,999 75% $10,000 to $24,999 80% $25,000 and up… 85%
Disclaimer: We can’t guarantee you will earn anything at all. Results depend on many factors including, but not limited to: promotional effort, market targeting, subscriber loyalty, the economy, planet alignment, etc, etc, etc. Rest assured you will get your share of any generated sales, but know that we can’t really say how many sales/leads/actions you will generate or what revenue they will produce overall. As with many other things in life… you generally get back what you put into it. The more effort you put into promoting your channel, videos, and links… the more likely you can generate regular earnings.
Payments will be made via mailed check drawn on USD funds. Payment periods are based on Calendar Months and payment mailing will occur within 14 days of the end of each month.
Unfortunately, Refunds and Chargebacks are a fact of life in any business… especially Internet business. Transactions that ultimately result in a refund, chargeback, or disqualification from any of our sponsor networks will count against your earnings and, if necessary, be deducted from current or future pay outs. If no further revenue is earned after such action and a negative balance is pending more than 90 days in your account, we reserve the right to collect on that debt if need be.
You agree that in order to received payments, you will be required (at the least) to submit your Legal Name, Phone Number, Physical Address, Birth Date, and Email address.
You agree that your earnings are probably taxable and it is up to you to claim this on your tax returns. You further understand that if you earn above $600 in a calendar year, then we will need to obtain your Tax ID Number (SSN for individuals) and we are obligated to issue you a 1099 and report it to the IRS.
Miscellaneous
You agree our company assumes no liability of any kind for your video or use of our service and we are to be held harmless in any copyright or any other dispute arising from your video. Including, but not limited to: Video Copyright violations, Music Copyright violations, Video Sharing site TOS violations, Loss of Income, Loss of Reputation, Loss of Hair, etc. In fact, if anyone comes after us for your activities outside our TOS, then you can expect it will fall back on you in full.
We generally do not view every video in a Video Producers account before inviting them to participate in our service. It is up to you to ensure your video content falls within our terms. We may, at our sole discretion, redirect traffic from Videos or Video Producers found in violation of our terms to non-income producing destinations without further compensation.
Our service is offered without a warranty, expressed or implied, and may be discontinued, in whole or part, for any reason, at any time… without warning!
These terms may be modified at any time for any reason without notice.
